What data Arbol keeps

What each Arbol application keeps about your patients and your team, such as conversations, recordings, appointments, records, notes and files, and what it doesn't keep.

Updated

Arbol keeps what your team and your patients give it as they use the applications. All of it belongs to your organization: other organizations don’t see it. This page says what each application keeps and where you see it.

About your patients

Raíz

What it keeps What it includes Where you see it
Conversations Every call and chat your agents handle by phone, WhatsApp or your website’s chat: the messages and who wrote each one (the agent, the person or your team), the images, documents and voice notes the person sent, and the tools the agent used with their result. Conversations
Call recordings The audio of each call, kept with its transcript, only if the agent has Record calls turned on. The call’s conversation
What the AI extracts When a conversation closes: its summary, outcome, mood, Captured data (such as a preferred date) and evaluations. The conversation’s side panel
People The name, phone numbers, emails and ID documents of everyone who contacts your clinic, their captured data and their Traceability: everything that happened with them, in order. People
Call campaigns Whom each campaign called and how each call ended. Reports › Campaigns and Conversations
Block list The numbers no agent may answer or contact, with their reason. Settings › Block list

On calls, the agent can hide in the transcript the numbers the person dials on the keypad, with Hide numbers entered on the keypad. See Agent settings.

Agenda

Agenda’s screens are in Spanish; the labels below are as you see them.

See Update a patient’s record.

Ámbar

Ámbar keeps the population that payers (EPS) assign to your provider (IPS), with a single record per person: their cohorts, their pending care, their cases, clinical alerts and medical authorizations, each decision with its evidence and date, and the clinical and administrative information your organization uploads or connects. See Find a patient and review their record.

Arbi

  • Your conversations with Arbi stay in its History.
  • Arbi saves notes in its Memory only when you ask it to.
  • What you share with The whole organization is seen by everyone in your organization, whatever their role.

What Arbol doesn’t keep or doesn’t show

  • You type your password only on Arbol’s sign-in page. Raíz, Agenda, Ámbar and Account never receive it. See Sign in to Arbol.
  • Full card numbers. According to the privacy policy, payments are processed by a payment provider and Arbol never sees or stores full card numbers.
  • Integration credentials can’t be read back. They’re stored encrypted when the connection is made, and nobody, neither your team nor Arbol’s, can see them afterwards.
  • An API key is shown only once, when it’s created. See Create an API key.
  • Links to Raíz’s recordings and files expire within minutes (an hour at most). If you copy a recording’s link and paste it elsewhere, it stops working. To share a conversation, use the PDF report and the rules in Safe use.
