Build on Arbol

The Arbol API, its integrations, MCP, the SDKs and the CLI — for developers and for the AI agents they build.

Updated

Arbol answers, schedules and follows up with patients for clinics and hospitals. Everything it does is available through one API, https://api.getarbol.com, and every request acts for one organization with the permissions its credential carries.

One API, many services

The API is split into services, each at its own path with its own OpenAPI document and reference. Arbol’s products are what it does for your organization:

  • Raíz66 endpoints

Contact with each patient: agents and their voices, channels, campaigns, templates and bulletins, conversations, contacts and profiles, the block list, knowledge, facts and definitions, tasks, evaluations and reports.

    ReferenceOpenAPI/v1/raiz

  • Agenda34 endpoints

Scheduling: services and offerings, resources and locations, schedule rules, appointments, bookings and the waitlist.

    ReferenceOpenAPI/v1/agenda

  • Account29 endpoints

The organization: members and invitations, API keys, connections, roles and permissions, billing, invoices and usage.

    ReferenceOpenAPI/v1/account

Integrations reach a provider’s system — an insurer, a clinical record, a scheduling system — through your organization’s connections to it. Each works on its own, and new ones appear here as the API adds them. See how integrations work.

Build with

  • SDKs — typed clients for TypeScript and Rust, generated from the same OpenAPI.
  • CLI — the arbol command for people and scripts.
  • Guides — tasks end to end, such as creating an agent.
  • Concepts — organizations, responses and errors, pagination and retries.

For AI agents

Every page here has a Markdown version, and /llms.txt indexes them all; each API reference publishes its own index and OpenAPI document. See Docs for AI agents.
