Check this page when you want to know whether you can ask Arbi for something or whether you do it yourself in the app. It’s organized by app. For examples of how to ask, see What you can ask Arbi.
Before you start
- Arbi can do what your role can. This page says what Arbi knows how to do; what it does for you depends on your role in each app. If your role doesn’t allow something, Arbi tells you and doesn’t do it.
- It’s the same Arbi in Raíz, Agenda, Account and WhatsApp. From any of them it looks up the other Arbol apps your role lets you see. For example, from Agenda you can ask it about Raíz’s conversations.
- Ámbar has its own Arbi, with its own rules. You’ll find it at the end of this page.
Looks up, prepares, runs once
Looks up
Reads, searches and counts in your apps, without asking you.Prepares the change
Shows you on a card exactly what it will do.Runs it once
Only after you approve it.
In the tables, Looks up is what Arbi does right away and With your approval is what waits until you click Approve. How to read that card is in Approve what Arbi proposes. What isn’t in either column, Arbi doesn’t do: see What Arbi doesn’t do.
In Raíz
| Topic | Looks up | With your approval |
|---|---|---|
| Agents (Workers) | Their instructions, settings, documents and channels. | Create an agent, change its instructions or settings, or pause it. |
| Conversations | Search, count, read and summarize them. Which ones went to your team and why. | Pause or resume the AI in a WhatsApp conversation, close a conversation or correct its summary. |
| People | Find a person and see their history. | Create or correct a person, import a list or record that someone doesn’t want to be contacted. |
| Knowledge base and bulletins | Search an agent’s documents and see the bulletins in force. | Add or update a document, or post, change or remove a bulletin. |
| Channels | See each channel, its agent and its status. | Change a channel’s agent or switch its traffic on and off. Create a chat or a form for your website. |
| Campaigns and templates | See campaigns and WhatsApp templates. | Save a campaign draft. Submit a new template for WhatsApp’s review. |
| Calls | How a call ended. | Have a voice agent call a number. It’s a real call: see Calls to patients. |
| Reports | Daily figures on conversations and tool use, and who changed what and when. | A PDF report saved in your Documents. |
In Sites and forms, Create with Arbi builds a chat or a form for your website, and asks you to confirm before creating it and before publishing it.
In Agenda
| Looks up | With your approval |
|---|---|
| The day’s appointments, a professional’s or a patient’s. | Book an appointment, after confirming the service, date, time and site with you. |
| A service’s first open times, or those on certain dates. | Reschedule or cancel an appointment. |
| Services, agendas of professionals and rooms, sites and hours, and why a service has no open times. | Add a patient to the waiting list. |
| The waiting list. |
Confirming an appointment, checking a patient in or marking them as seen or as a no-show is done by your team in Agenda. See Confirm, check in and mark as seen.
In Account
| Looks up | With your approval |
|---|---|
| The people in your organization, their roles and pending invitations. | Invite someone, change their role or remove their access, if your role lets you manage the team. |
| Connected integrations and their status. | |
| Usage and billing, if your role lets you see them. |
With your organization’s integrations
If your organization has connected insurers’ or clinical record systems, Arbi can look things up in them, such as an affiliation or an authorization, and prepare the changes that system allows, such as an appointment. Changes wait for your approval, and everything depends on your role. Connected integrations are listed in See the integrations. Connecting a new one isn’t something Arbi does: the Arbol team connects it.
With your documents and notes
| Looks up | Without asking you | With your approval |
|---|---|---|
| Search and read your documents and the organization’s, and tell you which one a fact came from. | Save a personal note, only when you ask it to remember something. | Save a note for the whole organization, delete a note and generate a PDF. |
A note or a document saved for The whole organization is seen by everyone in your organization who uses Arbi, whatever their role. Don’t save patient data there. See Notes and documents.
On WhatsApp
Arbi can do the same as on the web, with these differences:
- It reads your messages and voice notes. It doesn’t read photos or files you send it yet.
- It sends you the documents and PDFs you ask for as files.
- Cards arrive as messages with buttons and expire at the time they show. Anything that deletes, more than 10 actions together, anything that doesn’t fit whole in a message and long PDFs are approved on the web.
- If you belong to several organizations, you choose which one to work in.
See Use Arbi on WhatsApp.
In Ámbar
In Ámbar, Arbi has its own history, its own memory (Lo que Arbi recuerda, what Arbi remembers) and its Tareas de Arbi (Arbi’s tasks).
| Does it without a card and tells you | Waits for your approval |
|---|---|
| Remember what you ask it to. | Create or update a person’s profile. |
| Keep its Tareas de Arbi. | Book or reschedule an appointment, and the waiting list. |
| Mark your notices as read. | Open a gestión (follow-up) or record its progress. |
| Save drafts of workflows, agents or technical notes. A draft changes nothing until a person approves it in Ámbar. | Create a contract or change its clauses, its population or its indicators. |
Any other change, it suggests and you make it on screen. Arbi explains records but gives no clinical recommendations: diagnoses, treatments and triage belong to your team. The permission to use it is called Usar Arbi con sus propios permisos (use Arbi with their own permissions).
What Arbi doesn’t do
- It doesn’t write to or call patients on its own. Its WhatsApp is only for your team. A call goes out only when someone on your team asks for it and approves it.
- It doesn’t launch campaigns. It saves a draft, and a person with permission starts it in Raíz.
- It doesn’t connect numbers or integrations. A WhatsApp or phone number and integrations are set up by the Arbol team with you.
- It doesn’t do what your role doesn’t allow, and it doesn’t grant permissions. Roles are changed by whoever manages Arbol in your organization.
- It doesn’t let you know later on its own. To find out how something ended, such as a call, ask again and it looks it up again.
- It doesn’t repeat a change when it doesn’t know whether it went through. It tells you, so you can check first.
- It doesn’t answer email. You use it in the apps and on WhatsApp.
- It doesn’t replace your team’s judgment. It can be wrong: check anything you’ll use with a patient at its source.
Troubleshooting
Arbi says it can't do what I asked
Either your role doesn’t allow it, or it’s something Arbi doesn’t do.
What to do: look for the task on this page. If it’s in a table, ask whoever manages Arbol in your organization for the permission. If it isn’t, do it yourself in the app with its guide, or ask someone on your team who has the permission.
I ask about another app and it says it can't check it
Your role doesn’t let you see that app in this organization, or Arbi couldn’t get in at that moment.
What to do: check that you can open that app with your account. If you can, try again in a few minutes.
It saved a note without asking for approval
A personal note is saved when you ask for it, without a card, and only you see it. In Ámbar, what you ask it to remember is also saved without a card.
What to do: if you didn’t want it, delete it in + › Memory. In Ámbar, in Lo que Arbi recuerda, with Olvidar para siempre (forget for good).
Arbi prepared a campaign, but nobody got a call
Arbi only saves a campaign draft. A draft calls nobody.
What to do: someone with permission to launch campaigns reviews it and starts it in Raíz. See Bulletins, templates and campaigns.
