Arbi works with your organization’s information, patients’ data included. This page gathers what it keeps, who sees it and the habits that protect your patients and your team. Arbol’s general rules are in Safe use and patients’ data.
Arbi can be wrong
On its page, below the message box, Arbi says so: “Arbi can use your connected apps and can be wrong. Check anything that matters.”
- Check at the source whatever you’ll use with a patient, such as an appointment, contact details or an authorization. Click the lookup Arbi made to see what the app returned, or open it in the app.
- Approve only what you read and understand. If in doubt, choose Deny and ask it.
- Clinical decisions belong to a professional. Arbi helps find and prepare; it doesn’t replace your team’s judgment.
What Arbi keeps and who sees it
| What | Where you see it | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Your conversations, on the web and on WhatsApp | History | Only you. |
| Your notes | + › Memory | Only you. Arbi keeps them in mind in all your organizations. |
| Organization notes | + › Memory | Everyone in the organization who uses Arbi. |
| Your documents and your PDFs | + › Documents | Only you, in that organization. |
| Organization documents | + › Documents | Everyone in the organization who uses Arbi. |
| Your WhatsApp link | Write login to it | It’s kept in your Arbol account. Arbi doesn’t keep your number in readable form. |
Arbi doesn’t keep your access to the apps: it uses it while it answers you. Nor does it save notes on its own. When a conversation gets very long, Arbi summarizes the older part to keep working, but the full conversation stays saved.
In Ámbar, Arbi has its own history and its own memory, Lo que Arbi recuerda (what Arbi remembers), with personal memories (Suyo, yours, in the list) and De la organización (the organization’s) memories.
What never to write to it
| Don’t write | Where | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Passwords, verification codes and API keys | Anywhere: conversations, notes, documents or WhatsApp | Arbi doesn’t need them and they stay saved. To use WhatsApp you sign in on Arbol’s page, not in the chat. |
| Patients’ data | In notes or documents for The whole organization | The whole organization sees them, whatever their role. |
| Patients’ data | In Your notes | They follow you to all your organizations. A patient’s data belongs in their record or clinical history. |
Asking Arbi about a patient within a conversation is normal: what you shouldn’t do is ask it to remember it or save it for everyone.
Use your permissions, and only yours
- Arbi sees and does the same as you. If your role doesn’t let you see something, don’t ask Arbi to look for it: ask whoever manages Arbol in your organization for access.
- Don’t share your linked WhatsApp or your session. Whoever writes from your linked WhatsApp uses Arbi as you. If you change or lose your phone, unlink it: write logout from the old one if you still have it, or ask the Arbol team for help.
If Arbi gets it wrong
-
If it proposes something that isn’t right, click Deny and tell it what to fix.
-
If you already approved something wrong, fix it in the app, or ask Arbi for the opposite change and review the card.
-
If the answer was wrong or unsafe, write to the Arbol team from Support, in Raíz, with the date and time of the conversation. On WhatsApp, write hablar con una persona (talk to a person) to Arbi to get the contact. Don’t include the patient’s data in the message.
-
If something that shouldn’t be there was saved in an organization note or document, delete it right away from Memory or Documents, and tell whoever manages Arbol in your organization.
Delete what you saved
| What | How |
|---|---|
| A conversation | In History, the trash icon next to the conversation, then Delete conversation. |
| A note | + › Memory, its trash icon, then Delete note. |
| A document | + › Documents, then Delete. Only the person who saved it can delete it. |
| Your WhatsApp link | Write logout to Arbi and tap Desvincular (unlink). |
None of this can be undone.
