Update a data definition
Change a definition: name, instructions, options, Agents, unit or status. Omitted fields stay and null clears one; options and agentIds, when given, are the complete new sets (an option left out is retired, never deleted). Value type and subject cannot change once facts exist (DEFINITION_TYPE_LOCKED), and a retired definition no longer changes. Read it with get_definition and send expectedVersion.
