# Build on Arbol

Arbol answers, schedules and follows up with patients for clinics and hospitals. Everything it does is available through one API, `https://api.getarbol.com`, and every request acts for one organization with the permissions its credential carries.

## One API, many services

The API is split into services, each at its own path with its own OpenAPI document and reference. Arbol's **products** are what it does for your organization:

**Integrations** reach a provider's system — an insurer, a clinical record, a scheduling system — through your organization's connections to it. Each works on its own, and new ones appear here as the API adds them. See [how integrations work](/en/developers/integrations/).
