Read member affiliation and primary-provider warnings. Default: structured JSON. Set agentMode=true for concise Spanish text; fields selects top-level output properties. Request member explicitly for additional personal data and timings for measured durations. A provider failure is never an absent member; active affiliation never authorizes a procedure or confirms a clinic contract. No clinical writes are performed.
