Read one appointment by its id, appointmentId: when it starts and ends, its status, the patient, the agendas (resourceIds), the intake and guidance (the service's current patientInstructions, arrivalOrder, who attends it and the site with its address) to tell the patient, and slip: a link, valid for an hour, to its printable slip PDF to send them as a file.
