Compatibility operation. For new integrations use the dedicated ADRES, Sisbén and Policía Colombia lookups. Read an EPS summary or Sisbén classification for an authorized document. Police reports that a judicial check was not performed. An optional document labels that message and is never submitted to Police. A machine key needs connection read access and an explicit restriction allowing this operation. Set agentMode to true for concise Spanish text.

Credentials: an API key, a client-credentials token or a person's access token
Effect: read-only; safe to retry
