Accessing Organization Settings

Navigate to the organization settings to configure your company profile.
  1. Click Settings in the main navigation
  2. Select Organization from the settings menu
  3. The Organization Profile page displays

How this is used: The company description is provided to AI employees as context, helping them understand your business during conversations. Example: “We are a full-service dental practice offering general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and orthodontics. Our patients are primarily families in the greater metro area. We pride ourselves on gentle, patient-centered care with state-of-the-art technology.” AI Assistance: The platform can help generate a company description based on your website and basic information.

Location and Timezone

Configure where your business operates and the timezone for the platform.

Country

Select your primary country of operation:
  • Affects regional settings
  • May influence available features
  • Used for compliance context
Selection: Choose from a comprehensive list of countries.

City

Enter your business headquarters or main office location:
  • Provides geographic context
  • May be used in AI employee responses
  • Helps with local relevance

Timezone

Set the timezone for your organization:
  • All timestamps display in this timezone
  • Scheduling features use this timezone
  • Campaign timing respects this setting
Importance of correct timezone:
  • Ensures calls occur at appropriate times
  • Dashboard metrics reflect your business day
  • Scheduled activities align with expectations
Selection: Choose from standard timezone options, including major cities and UTC offsets.

Contact Information

Enter your business contact details.

Website

Your company website URL:
  • Full URL including https://
  • Links may be referenced or suggested in conversations
  • Helps AI employees direct callers to online resources
Example: https://www.yourcompany.com

Business Phone

Your main business phone number:
  • Primary contact number
  • May be used for transfer destinations
  • Provides caller callback information
Format: Include country code for clarity (e.g., +1 555 123 4567)

Email

Primary contact email for your organization:
  • General inquiries address
  • May be referenced in conversations
  • Used for system notifications if configured
Example: contact@yourcompany.com

Technical Details

System-level information about your organization.

Organization ID

A unique identifier for your organization:
  • System-generated
  • Used for technical integrations
  • Read-only field
When you need this: Integration setups, support requests, or technical troubleshooting may require your organization ID.

The organization ID may be used:

Team and Logo Management

Access additional organization management features.

Team Management

Click the Team and Logo button to access:

Member Management

Team management allows you to:
  • See all organization members
  • View their roles (Admin, Member)

Permission Requirements

Administrator Access

  • Save changes
  • Access team management
  • Modify all settings

Member Access

Members have:
  • View-only access to organization settings
  • Cannot make changes

Identifying Your Access Level

The page indicates your access level:

Saving Changes

Making Changes

Unsaved Changes

If you navigate away with unsaved changes:

Save Button States

Disabled: No changes detected. Active: Changes ready to save. Saving: Processing your request. Success: Changes saved confirmation.
