# What you can ask Arbi

Ask Arbi what you'd ask a colleague who knows your apps: a figure, a list, a summary, a document or a change. This page gathers examples of what it can do in each app.

## Before you start

- Arbi can do what you can. If your role doesn't let you see Raíz's reports, book in Agenda or see the team in Account, Arbi can't either, and it tells you so.
- Arbi looks things up in the organization you're in. To ask about another one, switch organization.
- Whatever creates, changes, deletes or sends something waits for your approval. The examples that do say **Waits for your approval**.

The names and numbers on this page are examples.

## In Raíz

| Ask | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| “How many calls did we have this week?” | Counts the conversations with Raíz's reports. |
| “Which conversations failed today, and why?” | Finds the day's conversations and summarizes what happened in each. |
| “Which conversations did the AI hand to the team this week, by agent?” | Builds a table with what it finds. |
| “Summarize this conversation” (with the conversation open beside it) | Reads the conversation you have **On screen** and summarizes it. |
| “Create the contact Ana Pérez (example) with the phone +57 555 0142” | Prepares the contact. **Waits for your approval.** |
| “Prepare a campaign with the Reminders (example) agent for these numbers” | Saves a draft campaign. It calls nobody: a person starts it in Raíz. **Waits for your approval.** |
| “Have the Reminders (example) agent call me at +57 555 0143 to test it” | Prepares a real call. **Waits for your approval.** See [Calls to patients](/en/arbi/calls/). |
| “Make me a PDF report of this month's conversations by channel” | Gathers the data and prepares a PDF. **Waits for your approval.** |

In **Sites and forms**, **Create with Arbi** builds a chat or a form for your website with your agents and your knowledge. It asks you to confirm before creating it and before publishing it.

## In Agenda

| Ask | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| “What appointments does Dr. Laura Gómez (example) have tomorrow?” | Reads that agenda's appointments. |
| “What's the first free slot for General medicine visit (example)?” | Looks up the service's availability. |
| “How many appointments were cancelled this week?” | Counts the appointments in that status. |
| “Book Ana Pérez (example) on Thursday at 10:00 with Dr. Laura Gómez (example)” | If your role lets you book, prepares the appointment. **Waits for your approval.** |

## In Account

| Ask | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| “Who's on the team and what role does each person have?” | Reads your organization's members, if your role lets you see them. |
| “Which integrations do we have connected?” | Reads the **Integrations** list. |
| “How much have we used this month?” | Reads the usage, if your role lets you see billing. |

If your organization has connected integrations, Arbi can also use them as far as your role allows.

## With your documents

| Ask | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| “Search my documents for the cancellation protocol (example) and tell me what deadline it gives” | Searches your library, reads the document and names it as its source. |
| “Check this file and tell me how many rows have no phone” (after attaching it) | Reads the file you saved and answers. |
| “Remember that I prefer figures in tables” | Saves a personal note, without asking for approval. |

How files and notes are kept is in [Notes and documents](/en/arbi/notes-and-documents/).

## In Ámbar

Ámbar's screens are in Spanish.

| Where | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| The **?** next to a page's title | Asks it what that page is for. |
| **Preguntar a Arbi** (ask Arbi) on an indicator | Explains what the indicator measures, how it's calculated and how it's doing against its target. |
| **Gestionar con Arbi** (handle with Arbi) on a follow-up | Goes through that person's pending activities with you. |
| **Preguntar a Arbi** in a dashboard's editor | Guides you to build a chart. The chart only changes when you adjust it. |

## How to ask so it comes out right

Say the period, the agent, the professional or the service, and how you want the answer: a figure, a table or a PDF.

```text
Give me the call data.
```

```text
How many calls did the Reminders (example) agent handle
from the 1st to the 15th of this month, and how many went
to the team? Put it in a table by week.
```

- **One conversation per topic.** Arbi keeps in mind what was said in the same conversation, so you can follow up with “and last week?”.
- **Ask for the source.** If a figure matters, ask where it came from, or click the lookup it made to see the result.
- **If something is missing, Arbi says so.** When it couldn't read something, it doesn't invent the figure: it tells you what it couldn't check.

## What Arbi doesn't do

- **It doesn't start campaigns.** It leaves a draft, and a person starts it in Raíz.
- **It doesn't do what your role doesn't allow**, even if you ask.
- **It doesn't replace your team's judgment.** Clinical decisions belong to a professional. Whatever Arbi says about a patient, check it at its source, such as the record in Agenda or the clinical history.
- **It doesn't get back to you on its own.** If you want to know how something ended, such as a call, ask again and Arbi looks it up again.
- **It doesn't answer by email.** For now you use it in the apps and on WhatsApp.
