# Look up ADRES, Sisbén and Policía Colombia

Do this when you need to know, with the document of a person who authorized it, which EPS they are enrolled in, which Sisbén group they are in, or which judicial statement the National Police reports.

They are three independent integrations, included with Arbol:

| Integration | What it answers |
| --- | --- |
| **ADRES** | The person and every EPS affiliation they have, with its status, regime and dates. |
| **Sisbén** | Whether the person is registered in Sisbén IV, and their group and subgroup, for example C12. |
| **Policía Colombia** | The judicial statement the National Police publishes for that document, word for word. |

Each one is looked up on its own: ADRES says nothing about Sisbén, and an EPS affiliation says nothing about a Sisbén group.

## Before you start

- To turn a lookup on or off you need to be the organization's **Owner**.
- To look up you need a role that sees the integrations: Account **Administration** or **Viewer**, Raíz, Agenda or Ámbar **Administration**, or being the **Owner**.
- Only look up documents of people who authorized you to.

## Turn on a lookup

1. In the menu, under **Administration**, click **Integrations**.

2. In **Available**, find **ADRES**, **Sisbén** or **Policía Colombia** and click **Connect**.

3. The integration moves to **Connected**, in the **From Arbol** group, marked **Included**.

To stop using it, click **Disable integration** in **Connected**. Your organization's agents and API keys can no longer look it up.

## Look up a document

1. In **Integrations**, under **Connected**, find the integration and click **Look up**.

2. Choose the **Document type** and type the **Document number**, without dots or spaces.

3. Click **Look up**. The lookup can take up to three minutes while it says **Looking up…**.

The result appears below the form. Closing the form clears the document and the result from the screen.

## How to read the result

| You see | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| **Registered** and a group, such as **Registered · C12** | Sisbén confirmed the registration and its subgroup. |
| **No record at the source.** | The source answered that it has no record for that document. |
| **The source could not confirm a result.** | It could not be verified. It does not mean the person has no record. |
| **Last known observation** | The source did not answer now; you see the last confirmed lookup, with its date. |
| **Observation date** | When the source gave that answer. |
| **The lookup could not be completed.** | Something failed. Try again later; if it keeps happening, write to your Arbol team. |

The Police statement is shown as the Police publish it, with the name it reports and its date. A statement about judicial requirements is not a criminal record history.

Policía Colombia also has **Start my personal consultation**: it opens the official Police portal, where each person looks up their own document.

## Common problems

- **I don't see the Connect button.** Only the Owner can turn these lookups on. Ask your organization's Owner.
- **It says "The installation could not be changed."** Try again. If it keeps happening, write to your Arbol team.
- **The result says it could not be confirmed.** The source did not answer, or answered something that could not be verified. Look up again later; don't take it as a negative answer.

## For developers

The same lookups are in the API, the SDK, the CLI and MCP: see [Colombian registry lookups](/en/developers/integrations/#colombian-registries).
