`GET /v1/raiz/definitions`

List what the organization's Agents capture: each definition is one data point (an `attribute`, `category` or `metric` of a contact or conversation, or an `assessment` of a conversation) with its key, value type, options and the Agents that use it. Draft and active ones by default; `status=retired` lists retired ones; filter by `kind` and `subject`. In the Dashboard these are an Agent's Data it collects and Conversation reports, and Settings → Definitions.

- **Scopes:** any one of `raiz:definitions:read`, `raiz:definitions:write`
- **Credentials:** an API key, a client-credentials token or a person's access token
- **Effect:** read-only; safe to retry
- **Limits:** response up to 1 MB
- **CLI:** `arbol raiz definitions list` · **MCP tool:** `raiz_definitions_list`

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `arbolHuman`, oauth2, scopes: `raiz:definitions:read`
- `arbolHuman`, oauth2, scopes: `raiz:definitions:write`
- `arbolMachine`, oauth2, scopes: `raiz:definitions:read`
- `arbolMachine`, oauth2, scopes: `raiz:definitions:write`
- `arbolApiKey`, http, header `Authorization`

## Query parameters

- `cursor` (`raiz.definitions.list.query.cursor`; string, optional) — Opaque cursor returned by pageInfo; omit it to request the first page.
- `direction` (`raiz.definitions.list.query.direction`; string, optional) — Direction to traverse the stable keyset ordering from the supplied cursor.
  - one of `"forward"`, `"backward"`; default `"forward"`
- `limit` (`raiz.definitions.list.query.limit`; integer, optional) — Maximum items returned in one page. Defaults to 25; larger reads require another cursor.
  - min 1; max 100; default `25`
- `kind` (`raiz.definitions.list.query.kind`; string, optional) — `attribute`: a property of the subject. `assessment`: a judgement about a conversation (yes/no assessments feed the assessment report). `category`: a classification. `metric`: a measured number, with a `unit`.
  - one of `"attribute"`, `"assessment"`, `"category"`, `"metric"`
- `status` (`raiz.definitions.list.query.status`; string, optional) — Comma-separated statuses to list. Default `draft,active`; retired definitions appear only when asked for.
  - pattern `^(draft|active|retired)(,(draft|active|retired))*$`; default `"draft,active"`
- `subject` (`raiz.definitions.list.query.subject`; string, optional) — What the facts describe.
  - one of `"contact"`, `"conversation"`
