`GET /v1/raiz/contacts`

Find people in the organization's contacts (People in the Dashboard), newest first by default. `q` matches names, channel profile names, usernames, phones, emails, identity documents and contact ids (ignoring accents, case and number formatting); `channelType`, `agentId`, `handling` (`ai`: the AI took part in one of their conversations; `team`: only people answered) and `lastContactedAfter` narrow it; `sort` is `created`, `name` or `last_contacted`. Each person carries their latest conversation; `count_contacts` counts every match. Start here to get a `contactId`; with several matches, ask which person is meant. Next: `get_contact`, or `list_conversations` with `contactId` for their conversations.

## Query parameters

- `cursor` (`raiz.contacts.list.query.cursor`; string, optional) — Opaque cursor returned by pageInfo; omit it to request the first page.
- `direction` (`raiz.contacts.list.query.direction`; string, optional) — Direction to traverse the stable keyset ordering from the supplied cursor.
  - one of `"forward"`, `"backward"`; default `"forward"`
- `limit` (`raiz.contacts.list.query.limit`; integer, optional) — Maximum items returned in one page. Defaults to 25; larger reads require another cursor.
  - min 1; max 100; default `25`
- `agentId` (`raiz.contacts.list.query.agentId`; string, optional) — People with a conversation with this Agent.

- `handling` (`raiz.contacts.list.query.handling`; string, optional) — `ai`: people with a conversation the AI took part in. `team`: people whose conversations only the organization's people answered.

- `lastContactedAfter` (`raiz.contacts.list.query.lastContactedAfter`; string, optional) — Last in touch at or after this instant (RFC 3339).
  - format `date-time`
- `q` (`raiz.contacts.list.query.q`; string, optional) — Search by name (words in any order, ignoring accents and case), channel profile name, username, phone, email, identity document or contact id. Phone and document formatting is ignored; partial numbers match, including a phone without its country prefix. Searches saved identities, not people merely mentioned in messages.
  - minLength 1; maxLength 200
- `sort` (`raiz.contacts.list.query.sort`; string, optional) — `created` (newest first), `name` (A–Z) or `last_contacted` (most recent first).
  - one of `"created"`, `"name"`, `"last_contacted"`; default `"created"`
