`GET /v1/raiz/contacts/{contactId}`

Read one person: names, contact points (phones, WhatsApp, emails), identity documents, summary and current facts. Add `expand=timeline` for what happened to them (conversations, facts, changes, merges), newest first; continue with `timelineCursor` (and `timelineDirection`, `timelineLimit`). The id of a merged duplicate returns the contact that absorbed it. Read it before `update_contact` and send its `version` as `expectedVersion`.

- **Scopes:** any one of `raiz:contacts:read`, `raiz:contacts:write`
- **Credentials:** an API key, a client-credentials token or a person's access token
- **Effect:** read-only; safe to retry

- `expand` (`raiz.contacts.get.query.expand`; string, optional) — Related data to include, comma-separated: `timeline`.

- `timelineCursor` (`raiz.contacts.get.query.timelineCursor`; string, optional) — Opaque cursor the `timeline` expansion's pageInfo returned; omit it for its first page.
  - maxLength 4096
- `timelineDirection` (`raiz.contacts.get.query.timelineDirection`; string, optional) — Direction to traverse the `timeline` expansion from the supplied cursor.
  - one of `"forward"`, `"backward"`; default `"forward"`
- `timelineLimit` (`raiz.contacts.get.query.timelineLimit`; integer, optional) — Maximum `timeline` items in one page. Defaults to 50.
  - min 1; max 100; default `50`
