`GET /v1/raiz/channels`

List the organization's WhatsApp numbers, phone numbers and web chat widgets, newest first. Filter by `agentId` (an Agent's channels), `channelType` (`whatsapp`, `voice`, `web`) or `status` (`pending`, `active`, `degraded`). Each shows its optional Agent, traffic switches and whether it is `ready`. WhatsApp notifications can send without an Agent. Next: `get_channel` for details, or `update_channel` to configure traffic and assignment.

- **Scopes:** any one of `raiz:channels:read`, `raiz:channels:write`
- **Credentials:** an API key, a client-credentials token or a person's access token
- **Effect:** read-only; safe to retry
- **Limits:** response up to 1 MB

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `arbolHuman`, oauth2, scopes: `raiz:channels:read`

## Query parameters

- `cursor` (`raiz.channels.list.query.cursor`; string, optional) — Opaque cursor returned by pageInfo; omit it to request the first page.
- `direction` (`raiz.channels.list.query.direction`; string, optional) — Direction to traverse the stable keyset ordering from the supplied cursor.
  - one of `"forward"`, `"backward"`; default `"forward"`
- `limit` (`raiz.channels.list.query.limit`; integer, optional) — Maximum items returned in one page. Defaults to 25; larger reads require another cursor.
  - min 1; max 100; default `25`
- `agentId` (`raiz.channels.list.query.agentId`; string, optional) — Agent id.
  - pattern `^agt_(?:[0-7][0-9a-hjkmnp-tv-z]{25}|(?:[a-f0-9]{8}-[a-f0-9]{4}-[a-f0-9]{4}-[a-f0-9]{4}-[a-f0-9]{12}|[a-f0-9]{32}))$`
- `channelType` (`raiz.channels.list.query.channelType`; string, optional) — `voice`: a phone number or the organization's own carrier, for calls. `whatsapp`: a WhatsApp number. `web`: the chat widget on the organization's sites.

- `status` (`raiz.channels.list.query.status`; string, optional) — `pending`: a WhatsApp number whose setup the customer has not finished. `active`: connected. `degraded`: connected, but the last provider check failed; `verifyChannel` checks again.
