`GET /v1/raiz/campaigns/{campaignId}`

Read one campaign: Agent, schedule, contact hours, retries and progress. `expand=recipients` adds its recipients in the order they were added, each with attempts, next attempt, error and latest call; continue with `recipientsCursor` (`recipientsDirection` reads the other way). Read it before `update_campaign` and send `expectedVersion`.

- **Scopes:** any one of `raiz:campaigns:read`, `raiz:campaigns:write`
- **Credentials:** an API key, a client-credentials token or a person's access token
- **Effect:** read-only; safe to retry
